What are the Ingredients required to prepare Almond Seera Recipe?
  • Blanched Almonds (1 to ½ cup)
  • Coarse Wheat Flour (1 Cup)
  • Water (3 cups)
  • Blanched almonds chopped into halves (8 to 10 no’s)
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • Crashed Cardamom Strands (1/4 Teaspoon)
  • Ghee (1 to ¼ cup)
  • Warm Milk (1 Tablespoon)
  • Cardamom Powder (1 Teaspoon)

How to prepare Almond Seera Recipe?

Step 1: Take some powder blanched almonds and dry them.
Step 2: Dissolve saffron strands in milk.
Step 3: Take a large pan and melt ghee in it.
Step 4: Add coarse wheat flour in the pan then stir and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5: Now add almond powder in the pan, stir and fry until golden and aroma emits.
Step 6: Add water and stir continuously, then add sugar and stir gently.
Step 7: Now add cardamom and saffron when ghee starts exuding and stir it.
Step 8: Take the content of the pan in to a serving dish and garnish with chopped almonds.

Almond Seera Recipe is ready to be serve now.
