Here is a solution to prevent Hp smart web printing dialog box from popping-up whenever you open a folder in windows XP. All you need to do is just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to “Start” and click on “Run”.
Step 2: Type “inetcpl.cpl” on Run & click OK.
Step 3: Now “Internet Options” window will appear on your screen, select “Advanced” tab and click on Reset button.
Step 4:Click “Apply” and then hit “OK” button.
