Here you will know about restricting access to a drive in windows 7. If you have some confidential data in a drive and you don’t want it to be accessed by other users then you can just restrict the access to that drive by following some simple steps.
Step1: Open “My Computer”.
Step2: Right click on the drive (which you want to restrict) and select “Properties”.
Step3: Properties window will be displayed and on that select “Security” tab.
Step4: Now select the user group which you want to restrict access, click on “Apply” button and then hit “Ok”. Now the drive is completely secured from other users.
