What are the ingredients required to prepare Sausage Casserole?
  • Ground pork sausage (450 g)
  • Mild Cheddar cheese (225 g)
  • White bread toasted (6 slices)
  • Eggs (4)
  • Milk (470 ml)
  • Mustard powder (1 tspn)
  • Salt (1/2 tspn)

How to make Sausage Casserole?
Step 1: Crumble sausage and cook in medium flame until it turns brown. Keep it a side.
Step 2: Mix eggs, salt, milk and mustard powder in a bowl.
Step 3: Add cheese, sausage, bread slices and stir. Then pour it into a baking dish which is greased, chill it for about 7 to 9 hours.
Step 4: In an oven bake it for about 50 to 60 minutes at 170 degrees centigrade, later uncover and continue baking for 25 to 35 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade.
Step 5: Now cut it into pieces and our Sausage Casserole is ready to serve.
