LG is the new manufacturer that joined the up gradation of its smartphones to the new Andoird 4.0, Ice cream Sandwich operating system starting in the second quarter of 2012. Recently LG’s fellow competitors in the smartphone market including Samsung, Sony Ericsson, HTC etc has also announced the up grading of their smartphones to Android 4.0 in 2012. The line up of smartphones from LG that would be upgraded to Ice cream Sandwich OS in the second quarter of 2012 is LG Optimus LTE, Prada phone, Optimus 2X, Optimus Sol, my Touch Q, Eclipse following in the third quarter are LG Optimus 3D, Optimus Black, Optimus Big, Optimus Q2 and Optimus EX. Hope this up gradation works well and earns great responses for LG.
