- White chocolate (100 g)
- Dark Chocolate (150 g)
- Whipped cream (250 ml)
- Chocolate mousse (6)
- Eggs (3)
- Caster sugar (2 tbsp)
- Almond (3)
Step 1: Simmer hot water in a pan and place a bowl over it with dark chocolate, so that it melts.
Step 2: Mix egg yolk, sugar in the bowl and stir until it becomes thick.
Step 3: Add white chocolate and stir it well.
Step 4: Pour the liquid into dessert glasses, add some whipped cream.
Step 5: Garnish with 2 macaque peach pieces and 3 almonds.
Step 6: Double chocolate mousse is now ready, just chill it for 2 to 3 hours and then it can be served.
