- Sugar (50 g)
- Cream cheese (450 g)
- Graham cracker crumbs (110 g)
- Butter (80 g)
- Sour cream (230 g)
- Condensed milk (420 ml)
- Lemon juice (60 ml)
- Eggs (3)
- Walnuts and cashews to garnish
How to make creamy cheesecake?
Step 1: Mix sugar, butter, graham cracker crumbs and press on bottom of pan. Keep it a side.
Step 2: Take cream cheese in a bowl and beat until it is fluffy, later add condensed milk and continue beating until it becomes smooth.
Step 3: Now add lemon juice, eggs and mix well. Then pour into our prepared pan.
Step 4: keep the pan in a preheat oven at 145 degrees Celsius and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Step 5: Take it out from oven, top with sour cream and bake for 5 minutes.
Step 6: leave it to cool and later chill for 4 hours. Garnish with walnuts and cashews. Now our Creamy Cheesecake is ready to serve.
