An Education solution provider - Classteacher Learning Systems unveiled a new tablet named ‘Classpad’ with the goal of providing better way of education for students. CEO of Classteacher Learning Systems, Rohit Pande was a graduate from IIT, Delhi and IIM Calcutta aims to make education available to each and every student based on the their individual talents and intellectual levels. 

The Classpad’s will be useful for 3 – 12 standard students where it helps teachers in completing the syllabus within given schedule by reducing the burden of repetitive classes, transfer class work, conduct tests on student’s tablets and also categorize students into slow, average and fast learners and keep more focus on slow learners. The tablet can also be served as e-reading device as it is capable of storing e-books, students can take mock tests and help themselves to improve their learning. Nearly 7, 000 educational applications based on NCERT syllabus, 30, 000 apps based on ICSE, CBSE and syllabuses of some state boards are available to be downloaded on the cloud to provide better education.

The Classpad specifications include 1.3 GHz processor, runs Anroid v2.3 Gingerbread operating system, 4GB internal memory which can be expandable to 8GB and provides a battery life of 7 hours. The Classpad comes in two models Trolley model (shared model) and one tablet per child model. The Classpad is available in a price range starting from ` 7, 500 to ` 14, 500. Low cost tablets have been earning huge demand in India now-a-days as we have already seen Aakash tablet creating sensation in Indian tablet market. Aakash, Ubislate 7 tablets being the cheapest in the world are very useful for students and since its release have been earning great response mostly from among the students and youngsters.
