What are the ingredients required for preparing bread gulab jamun?
  • Bread slices (5)
  • Flour (1 cup)
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • Kova (1 cup)
  • Cashew
  • Oil ( as sufficient to dip gulab jamun)
How to prepare bread gulab jamun?



Step 1: Take bread slices and remove the brown ends.
Step 2: Now keep the slices in a bowl, add 3 table spoons of kova, 2 table spoons of flour and mix them with your hand.
Step 3: After mixing, make it into round balls with a wet hand.
Step 4: Carefully dip the balls in oil and fry them until they turn into reddish brown.
Step 5: Take the balls from oil and dip them in hot sugar melt water. Let them soak in for a while.
Step 6: Place them in a bowl and garnish with cashew.
