For this you can use a freeware software ‘any video converter’ available for download at “www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free”. Download the software and install it and then run the software. Now, search for the video that you want to download from YouTube. After getting the desired video copy the address of that video available in the address bar of your browser.
Open ‘any video converter’ software and click on ‘YouTube’, a window opens where you need to paste the previously copied address and then click ‘ok’. Upon clicking ‘ok’ the address of the window will be appeared in a window before downloading it. Now right click on that address and select ‘download selected online FLV’, your download will start then. Generally, the videos downloaded from Youtube will be present in MP4 or FLV file formats but MS-Powerpoint does not support these formats. To play your video in powerpoint you need to first convert your video into ‘.wmv’ format. For that, convert the video you downloaded into .wmv format. Your video will be converted and now to play your video in MS-Powerpoint 2007, go to insert menu and select ‘movie from file’.
