Disabling image loading while browsing is very useful for users with low speed internet connection. If there are so many images in a webpage then it takes some time for the webpage to load completely. By changing an option in your tools you can stop images from being loaded on a webpage.
Internet Explorer
Go to “Tools” and select “Internet Options”.
“Internet Options” window will appear, select “Advanced” tab.
Scroll down till you find Multimedia list and uncheck “Show Pictures”.
Click on “OK” button.
Firefox
In Windows OS, go to “Tools” and select “Options”. (In Macintosh, go to “Firefox” menu and select “preferences”)
Select “Content” and uncheck “Load images automatically”.
Click “OK” button.
Google Chrome
Press “Wrench” button, go to settings and hit “show advanced settings”.
In Privacy area click “Content settings” and select “Do not show images”.
Click “OK” button.
Safari
Go to “Safari settings” menu and select “Preferences”.
Click “Appearance” and uncheck “Display images when the page opens”.
Opera
Click on “Opera” menu, go to “Settings” and click on “Preferences”.
“Preferences” window will appear, select “Webpages” tab and in images filed select “No Images”.
Hit “OK” button.
