In Windows XP taskbar you can display your name instead of AM/PM without using any registry editing or additional software. All you need to do is follow the steps below.
Step1: Go to Start and click on Control Panel.
Step2: In control panel select “Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options”.
Step3: Click on the option “Change the format of numbers, dates, and times”.
Step4: Now “Regional and Languages Options” window will appear and in “Regional Options” tab press “Customize” button.
Step5: “Customize Regional Options” window will be displayed, click on “Time” tab and edit AM/PM symbol by giving your name.
Step6: Click on OK and now your name will be displayed in the taskbar.
