Light Artist is a free program which allows you to apply some realistic lighting effects to your images. You can make photos brighter or gloomy as per your wish. You can even adjust light color, change surface quality, add light sources, add different ambient illumination effects and you can add 3D look by using one of the image channel as texture channel.
