FaceLock is an Android app that enables you to unlock apps by facial recognition. FaceLock is run on Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) and later released versions. You can keep as many apps under FaceLock protection and as a back up to facial recognition you can add another protection layer. You can modify the look of FaceLok and this app supports both front and rear cameras. After installing the app you need to help FaceLock to recognize your face, you must go through a training mode where a thumbnail of you face will be created and a dotted ellipse will guide you finally letting you to feed 6 pictures at normal light conditions and holding your gadget at eye level. After successful registration of your face you need to specify an alternative unlock solution like prompting for PIN or Password where it can be used as an alternative whenever face recognition fails.
