Bharti Airtel announced the launch of an online self care service for all its pre-paid service according to the guidelines provided by TRAI (Telecom Registry Authority of India) where it has instructed all the mobile operators to take care of providing a record of all the details i.e., itemized bill to every individual subscriber of their network of when and why amount is deducted from his/ her account. Bharti Airtel is the first among all the mobile operators of India to come up with this service.
