Google web accelerator was developed by Google and is used to load web pages faster. The first version is released in 2005, it works in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers on Windows operating systems like XP, Vista and 7. It accelerates the speed by storing frequently loaded pages and updates it when there a changes. Also speeds up by compressing and prefetching the data.
