What are the ingredients required for preparing Apple Pie?
  • Unsalted butter (115 grams)
  • Water (60 ml)
  • Sugar (110g)
  • Packed brown sugar (100g)
  • All-purpose flour (25g)
  • Recipe pastry
  • Apples (8)

How to make Apple Pie?

Step 1: Peel and slice apples.
Step 2: In a bowl melt butter, add flour, water, sugars and stir it well. Let it boil and simmer.
Step 3: Keep the bottom crust in a pan and fill it with apples, cover with lattice work and pour boiled liquid over the crust very slowly.
Step 4: For about 10 to 15 minutes bake it in an over at 200 degree centigrade. Later reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 5: Now take it out from oven and our Apple Pie is ready to serve.
