Samsung is ready to launch its new one of a kind largest display smart phone "Galaxy Note". The phone will be launched in India on November 2 and according an update on Samsung Galaxy Note's official Facebook page says there will be live streaming from the event at Battersea Power Station in London, which can be viewed in India from 11:30 pm on November 3. The price of the phone is not yet officially announced but the expected price is about Rs 30-33k.

The phone comes with an android 2.3 OS, a huge 5.9 inch Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It just weighs about 178 grams with a sleek thin look measuring 9.65mm. The phone is powered by 1.4GHz dual-core ARM Cortex A9 processor with Mali 400 GPU, 1GB of RAM, adoption of selecting 16GB or 32GB of built-in storage and with a microSD card it is expandable upto 32GB. It has an 8MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash and 1080p HD video recording and 2MP front camera.

It also built with a stereo FM radio with RDS, GPS with A-GPS, active noise cancellation with dedicated mic and a massive 2,500 mAh battery. The phone is provided with some connectivity options like Bluetooth v3.0+HS, USB-on-the-go and microUSB v2.0 (with MHL for TV-out).

The galaxy note’s most interesting feature is its stylus- the “S Pen”, it allows users to scribble messages, write notes, compose documents and sketch drawings directly on the screen. More over the device also comes with a document editor onboard, Samsung’s “ChatOn” software, as well as optional NFC support. The “S Pen” includes functions like pressure sensitivity, preciseness, speed and more, and allows users to compose notes with increased accuracy and ease.
